About the Role
Mercedes-Benz Berwick is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Officer to manage warranty administration and process warranty claims across four Mercedes-Benz dealership locations: Berwick, Brighton, Waverley, and Mornington.
This role will work closely with Aftersales and Service teams and requires regular travel between dealership locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are accurately documented, submitted, monitored, and resolved in accordance with Mercedes-Benz policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes.
Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant with warranty requirements.
Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Departments to gather required warranty information.
Monitor the progress of submitted claims and follow up on outstanding matters.
Maintain accurate records of warranty approvals, rejections, reimbursements, and claim statuses.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to warranty claims.
Stay up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements.
Work collaboratively with Aftersales and Service Managers across multiple dealership locations.
Travel regularly between Berwick, Brighton, Waverley, and Mornington dealerships as required.

Experience Requirements
Previous experience in dealership warranty administration.
Experience processing and managing automotive warranty claims.
Strong understanding of dealership service and aftersales operations.
Experience supporting international automotive clients or working within an international automotive dealership environment is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience working directly with Australian, US, UK, or other international automotive clients will be highly regarded.
Local automotive experience may be considered, but preference will be given to candidates with international client exposure and experience communicating with overseas stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
Experience working with a luxury or premium automotive brand.
Familiarity with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
Experience using dealership management systems.
Experience working remotely or directly supporting international clients.
Exposure to international automotive dealership processes and standards.
