This is a WFH set-up and the shift schedule starts from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays only. Are you able to work these hours?

Wingman has standard IT and security requirements that all team members must follow as part of the onboarding process. Are you comfortable complying with these requirements and maintaining expected productivity standards while working remotely?
Are you willing to comply with BIR self-registration as part of the pre-employment process? Note: This is mandatory and you will be required to have it sorted prior to starting with a client
Would you agree to a refundable placement payment of AUD 200, which will be deducted from your first cut-off or paid separately if preferred? This supports mutual commitment while Wingman invests in your IT setup, onboarding, and profile preparation. The full amount will be returned after 24 weeks. If you resign earlier, it will be included in your final pay, provided you give at least 30 days’ notice. The amount will be forfeited in cases of termination or resignation without the required notice.

How many years of work experience do you have?
Have you worked with international clients or teams, particularly from countries like the USA, Australia, and New Zealand?
If yes, which international clients or teams have you worked with?
Have you had experience working with Queensland legislation?
Do you have experience with the Form 6 agency agreement?
Are you familiar with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or Quickbooks?
Are you comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and team members via call, text, email or other communication channels?
Do you acknowledge that Wingman uses a productivity tracker as part of our technology and security measures?

To record a 1-minute video introduction, ensure that your laptop, camera, and headphones, which will be used for your remote work setup, are ready and functional. Also, the video should be in a landscape format.
Wear something business-appropriate, ensure you're in a quiet environment to avoid background noise and be on a neat background.

Important Note: If your video introduction does not meet the required standards, it may lower your chances of being matched with a client. If this happens, you’ll need to redo your video as soon as possible so we can reprofile you right away for available clients. Don’t worry, the Admin Team will reach out to you if a revision is needed.
